The prices quoted above are for printing. Colored ink charges are extra. Standard red or green ink adds $30 total to the order. PMS inks cost $45 per color, per order.
Logo or Custom Verse: For a truly custom card, imprint a corporate logo, add your signature or write a custom verse. There is no additional charge or set-up fee to add a logo, signatures or custom verse when purchasing a personalized card. High resolution artwork must be provided for all logos. Tiff or eps files with a minimum resolution of 300 dpi are required. For the best results, the logo provided must be at least two inches in size. Logos may be uploaded via the website with orders placed on-line. Alternatively, they may be e-mailed to info@goodcausegreetings.com. If e-mailing a logo or signature, make sure to list your company name (or individual name for personal orders) along with the word "logo" in the subject line of your e-mail. Faxes or photocopies will not be accepted.
Graphics charges may be incurred if the logo requires significant work by our Art Department. You will be notified if additional charges are anticipated.
Proofs: Please provide an e-mail address, telephone number and fax number on all custom orders. Proofs will be provided by e-mail, generally within 24-48 hours of placing the order. Make sure to check your e-mail regularly after placing your order. An e-mail proof must be approved prior to printing. Production time begins after receipt of the approved proof.

Payment : Good Cause Greetings accepts payment by VISA and MasterCard. Once the order is placed, credit card authorization will be made, and a hold placed on the amount of the order with your credit card company. Final processing of the credit card charge will not take place until the order ships.
